Lots of hype out there...soft market, declining prices, Sellers is distress, loads of inventory. Keep an open mind, as those who truly know about our beautiful resort area that all is certainly not lost! Prices cannot keep going down infinitely so take a deep breath and imagine our market  5 & 10 years from now...

Now about embracing the reality that there is a lot of inventory to choose from? With Sellers willing to negotiate, NOW IS A GREAT TIME TO BUY! Serious Buyers should get involved in our current market and snatch up some of those deals they thought passed them by 2 years ago. Enough of the wait and see attitude; get out there and participate! If you don't make offers, you don't buy property...

Oh, by the way, those who live and spend time here have been able to enjoy enhanced shopping and dining experiences when they come off the beach. Grand Boulevard at Sandestin has a myriad of experiences separate and different from the expanding Destin Commons. How about the paving of Emerald Coast Parkway and Hwy 98 amidst several beautification projects in between? We know what fine coastal living is all about!
